I would like the same. I am disabled and live in a trailer I am hoping very soon to move out of to a home with an office so I can do the same to keep money coming in. I will also have the funds and then some over what the op mentioned. I woul dlike to get everything in order before I move so I can hopefully all fall together easily.

You can stuff envelopes from home. Do you know what you stuff envelopes of? It is of information of how to make money from stuffing envelopes from home. LOL.

Note: This is illegal. Don't do it.

99.99% of advertised "home based business" opportunities are ripoff scams.

Like setting you up a storefront to sell products people can get cheaper from Amazon.com or the grocery store, and many kinds of pyramid / multil-level marketing scams.

There really isn't much home-based work except skill-based consulting such as web design, usually self-employed with no guaranteed business. It's up to you to find clients and develop repeat business.

Be careful of offers like this. TheGameIs21 might be trying to help, or he might be in a multi-level marketing program trying to sell you a franchise. Especially if he directs you to a website that says anywhere "this is not a multi-level marketing program."

Pretty much any franchise you can buy except a well-known fast food restaurant is going to be worthless.

Nope. Not involved in MLM at all. I sent him the following so that he could provide more information than "I will have 5K" since no one can help knowing nothing about him etc...:

There are a TON of other questions that need answers before anyone can really be of any value to you.

1. What are your skills?
2. Why are you wanting Home Based Business or work?
3. How much to you NEED to make?
4. How old are you? (asked only to judge financial recoup of any $$ lost)
5. Where are you looking to do this (city state)

Start with those. I honestly have alot of experience in "work at home" businesses.

I own my own home based business with 3 employees. It is service related and I am in no way concidered to be part of MLM or sham business. My business offers conceirge services to companies and some residential customers. I have no intentions of giving out my business plan or even try to recruit anyone to assist. I tried many other Work At Home things and found out through trial and error what is a scam and what will actually work (to a degree). In no way should anyone even think that there is money to be made in stuffing envelopes or any MLM. If a company really needs envelope stuffers, they'd do better to buy a machine that does it and hire one person to run the machine.

As for the OP... You really need to give more information about you and your situation before anyone can give you any advise.

try appraising homes. you have to get trained on this, but you could offer your services to mortgage companies, or have individuals hire you to do the appraisals. the rate of getting a house appraised is ~300-400, depending on the location and size of house. if you could offer a rate that's cheaper than what the competition offers, you could do quite a few homes in a month.
