i just got a 32" lcd tv with component in and have many component devices and have a few questions. im using a home theater receiver with component switching.
most of my devices have a coaxial digital out and the cables have compnent video out and l/r audio. can i just use say the left audio cable and run that from digital out on the dvd player to digital in on my receiver? im assuming its ok as long as its a 75 ohm cable.
also, could i do the same thing in the future if i need more inputs with a video switcher like this?
sorry if that sounds confusing, but basically i need to know analog l/r cables can carry a digital coaxial signal.
