<-Home Audio-> desperately need your opinions/thoughts

ok i'm new to the home theater/audio scene...need some help purchasing speakers.

i found a pair of Shark's studio monitors se600 for $150, is this a good deal??? Or is this another one of those nice looking boxes with specs measured in pmpo or something...anywho, msrp is $260 each, according to the site, here are the specs as well:
