i would use blocks from dangerden.com
I picked up some kinda copper refridgerator radiator from the local second-hand shop for 20 bucks and 2x 120mm fans to work my cooling
think my pump is like 360gpm (can't remember, might be 540 or 440 or something)

good luck

Globalwin makes a budget watercooling rig that's very easy to install. It's only $64.95 at ewiz.com.

There's A LOT more info you need to provide.

Are you looking for a silent pump? Or one that moves mass water for max coolage?

What size is your case? This will determine which heater core/rad you will ultimatly need. Bigger is better.

Chipset blocks are a waste in general.

However in general I can build a good WC rig for $70.

-84 Chevette heatercore from autozone $19
-Dtek customs spiral or tc4 waterblock $25
-ViaAuqa 1300 pump $15
-6ft of 1/2" tube from HD $1.00
-Hose clamps $3.00
-2x 120mm fans, one sucks, one blows $8
-Tupperware fan shroud for radiator from target $4

Make your own waterblock by supergluing blocks of wood to the ends of a heatsink and running a hose in the top. Sneak some illegal immigrants into your basement and have them operate a hand pump 24/7 to send the water through your system. And dump a bunch of coils of garden hose in your neighbor's pool for a radiator.

You can put the rad into a small freezer, however, you will then possibly need to insulate your lines, and possibly the blocks, depending on how cool you let the fluid get. You can however, use a Digital Temp Controller, to regulate your fluid temps, by having it power the Freezer on and off at given temps.
