Today is Good Fri and I'm off.

after years, I finally decided to find out what exactly is this day that my employer gives me free $$$.
it's because of Christ!?

Palm sun -> Jesus's entry into Jerusalem was noted by the crowds present who shouted praises and waived palm branches

then:
Good Fri -> crucifixion of Jesus and his subsequent death.

2 days later:
Easter Sunday-> Jesus is resurrected, exits the cave, sees his shadow, and 6 more weeks of winter


Praise Zombie Jesus for my paid Holiday!

Easter is also about "lego-lamb" which is like a goat steak my grandma makes.
Then there is the cake disguised as a rabbit (doesnt fool me, Im-ah eat that SOB!)
And then there is the healthy legume fruit hybrids, AKA jelly-beans.

That said, paid day off from work would be great, but, Ive not heard of any company that does that for a friday, no matter how good it is.
 
Every year this day I check the internet for the day's stock market prices like I did today and most work days.. But there are none because the markets are closed today. I guess I could be called stupid for forgetting that each year.
