Agreed. Since the end of the DCAU they've slowly turned her into a psychotic hooker. The background is supposed to be a mentally disturbed woman with massive dependency issues and a history of being abused.

Personally, I preferred the more tragic psychologist corrupted by the Joker origin.
 
I thought the new nurse-jester outfit from Arkham Asylum was an interesting new direction. This? Not so much.
