Holy Spyware Batman!

I've seen some getting close to that. One of my aunts had a PC that half the screen was filled up by those stupid little bars, and the address bar wasn't even available. You had to get everywhere via a search engine.

At the computer shop I worked @ we once had to reload a PC that had been sitting on display. Before we did it, we tried to install as much spyware as we possibly could. IE had less than an inch of page disply @ 1600x1200
