In this one showing, they air a chinese restaurant cooking a fish. The way they do it is SO WRONG it's unbelievable. It pains me to even watch it.
They take the fish live from the tank, put it on the kitchen table and start scraping the fins off while he's still alive. Then using a scissor and cutting it right down the middle and ripping apart the internals. With a towel wrapped around it's head and bottom half exposed the guy dips half of his body in a wok of hot oil. Then proceeds to put the fish onto a plate still alive with the bottom half cooked and you can still his mouth still moving up and down and his eyes still moving. Throw some sauce on him and take him out to serve customers. Imagine the horror the fish went thru.
Who the hell thinks of creating these horrific menus and more so, who the hell would eat it? That is so so wrong.
And yes, I've heard and seen of people eating monkey brains right inside of a monkey while he's still alive as well.
