How accurate is Zillow? It says my home is worth $345k. I only paid $239k for it in '06.

My parents told me they sold that house for almost $500k - I never knew the exact amount so I'm just gonna go with Zillow's price.

jesus christ. it's out in the middle of nowhere and was more than $200 a square foot. the improvements can't be worth more than about 80 a square foot. wtf were people out in california doing?!?
