Holy nice weather...just got done shooting hoops outside

Clear skys, no breeze, almost 60 degrees. It doesn't get any better this time of the year in the midwest.

Certainly a bonus for the travelers. Holiday traffic in a snowstorm is no fun.

Yeh but you have to pay to play. Can you get a quality built 3000 sq/ft house with a 3 stall garage on a mature wooded acre lot and be 5 minutes from a major shopping/dining center and only 15 minutes from work for under $240k where you are?

sure. well 2000 sq/ft with 800 sqft finished basement. 2 car garage on 3 acres 15 minuts from shopping/work for $150
