Anger can be good when tempered by love. Anger can spark an individual or a group or a nation to effect positive changes.
Anger without love is like a disease that can consume an individual, spread to a group, and infect a nation. Anger without love is hatred. When an individual is full of hatred, that individual abandons love and disconnects from the Supreme Being.
Whether an individual's belief is Islam, Christianity, Judaism, or another religion, there are common threads that proclaim the Supreme Being is aligned with love, infused with love, and the creator of love.
The acts of September 11th were acts of hatred. These acts have no real connection to any religion, not even if the participants believe they were religious acts.
Every religion has some truly holy devotees, many believers, and some phonies who use the religion as a springboard for their own cause. The participants and apparent perpetrators of the acts of September 11th are phony Muslims. They are hiding behind the Islamic faithful, the Islamic holy men and women, and the Koran. There are holy and faithful Muslims that have been fooled by these phony Muslims. I ask these holy and faithful Muslims to expel these phonies, these men of hatred that defame all true Muslims and slander the Koran.
When Islam is free from the burden of phony Muslims full of hatred, we can address the issues at the root of the anger. With love and compassion tempering the anger, mountains can and will be moved.
