Holy mother of ... slow ass nForce4 RAID -- help?

So I've recently built myself a new system. Got it all up and running fine but something didnt seem right. My 2 80GB PATA drives connected to the Second IDE channel running in RAID0 is running incredibly slow. HDTach reports 3.3MB/sec across the entire 160GB. Yes, i have the nForce Drivers installed. WTF is going on here... anyone with some bright Ideas?

Versions: (from my nForce 6.70 Install)

LOL OK i seem to have fixed it... did some digging and found a few settings that didnt seem right..... heres how i'm running now I was wondering why it was taking 3 minutes to freakin load Half-Life 2 lol

At least in the slow one your CPU utilization was 0!
