This guy is an inventor. I did some searching. He leads a research team called Project Troy, who creates this suit that supposedly makes a person near indestructible. I actually saw about him once on TV. The suit easily survives being hit by a truck at 30mph or a shotgun blast at 5ft. Looks like that guy is trying to make crazy inventions to become superhuman 😛.
