Holy hell Batman, how hard is it to make a tuna sandwich?

Maybe a heaping tablespoon for a can of tuna, with chopped up dill pickles and some dill pickle juice to make it a bit moister.

But that's how I like it. Tuna salad is really something where you need to figure out your own mix.

Gabe's tuna MELT!

1 can chunk lite tuna (in whatever, drained)
2-3 spoonfuls of miracle whip (eye it)
squirt of spicy (dijon) mustard
1-2 small spoonfulls chopped dill piclke (or dill relish)
splash of extra virgin olive oil
fresh chopped rosemary and parsley to taste

Combine those ingridiants in a bowl untill well mixed

butter 2 pieces of whole wheat or rye bread,

grease frying pan lightly, and fry buttered sides of bread

put sliced cheddar chese on one or both pieces of bread

when cheese begins to melt, spread tuna mixture on one piece

add lettuice, and pickles to other piece, and make into a sandwitch

Enjoy!

Miracle Whip? I've used real mayonnaise too long, and the smell of Miracle Whip sort of disgusts me now.

By the way, I find that adding finely chopped red peppers gives a nice, contrasting texture to the tuna.

Pretty much. Mayonnaise shouldn't smell... sweet, for lack of a better word.
