Wasn't that great IMO, but NIN has always been hit or miss to me. I really liked With Teeth though.

I can say this as a hardcore NIN fan since 1989. Hung out backstage a few times, great guy, musical genius.

But can somebody please tell him that Henry Rollins already done it with the look and movements? Can I get a little old fart shout out for Black Flag?

OP - thanks for the link, he's getting back to what made him good. When I saw him and hung out a little bit he was rather scrawny, seems he's bulked up some or just hitting the what I'd guess late 30s/early 40s.

I'm not really digging the new album. In a way it's going back to the sound of his older stuff which is definitely not a bad thing, but it lacks a lot of the creativity of his older work. I mean, this is basically just straight rock n roll. There isn't much of an electronic element and there isn't really anything new that we haven't heard before. This album was put together very quickly and it shows.

NIN was great back in the day. I stopped listening to them though after HS until last year when I picked up With Teeth. That album was okay.
