Unless you're already too late. Gas in Chatham, ON is 1.75/L. The Shell station where I just filled up told me that it'll be going up 50 cents...minimum.

Pabster, for people living on a limited income (coughstudentscough), this is a big deal. It means my 4-banger protege has gone from 20 bucks, to 40 bucks, to 60 bucks for a fill-up. I'm sorry, but 60 dollars to fill up a car with a gas-SIPPING 4cyl engine is insanity. I truly feel for anyone with an SUV, or a displacement bigger than a bottle of coke.

Oh, no doubt about it. I'm just tired of all the whining about gas... too many damn threads about it already. There's nothing you or I can or will do about it, except bend over and take it up the ass like everyone else.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to afford to fill my tank whether it is $3 or $10 a gallon and not really miss it. But not everyone has that luxury.

1.75/liter x 3.8 liters to a US Gallon would be $6.63 per gallon.

Sounds steep. But some countries have been over $7 for a while now.

It's more like $5.50 USD/gal though with the exchange rate factored in.

It's been over a dollar for a while now, and damn close to it for a few months, here.

which is odd, as we have oil and ontario doesnt. it should be $0.25 here and $1.25 in ontario, really.. :p
