I can't find any followup on this horrific example of the forceful insertion of a sharp object.

It might seem absurd to think that this man committed suicide; however, you have to consider what things people are capable of doing to themselves. They didn't give any indication of how deep the 26 wounds were, or which was fatal.

There are people who cut off their own hands, fingers, toes, feet, legs, male member, ad nauseum, ad infinitum. Don't put it past someone to do something like this...
