Holy Fish Sauce!

Hmm .. I use fish sauce when cooking some asian foods, however, a little 10 oz bottle lasts me a good 6+ months. It would take me quite a few lifetimes to go through that 18,000 Liter container.
 
You're suppose to dilute that too , usually....

hmmm i could go for some grilled sliced pork with borken rice right about now.....
 
Ownage pork chops:

Make a caramel sauce with Water/sugar
Add ground ginger/garlic
add minced lemon grass (or lemon zest if you dont have this)
add some FISH SAUCE

marinate pork chops in caramel sauce for a few hours and grill.
