the wind here is really strong too. i don't know if it gets to 60mph...but we live about 200m above the sea and our house faces the west so we get strong wind directly from the sea.

edit* lol I didn't capitalize I in a post complaining about proper capitalization...
 
Yeah windy here too (Spokane WA) sometimes sounds like a jumbo jet flying above the house and wind thumps on the walls. But most of the time I can't hear it cause im listening to music.

out here at Ocean shores the wind was blowing at about 60 mph.... it was totally cool...trees were knocked down, power out everywhere.... great night for a roaring fire in the fireplace and a lil' of the wink-wink, nudge-nudge... 😉

You guys are supposed to have hurricanes and prepare for it and have insurance for it. This is like having a snowstorm in Los Angeles.
