uhhh...that's physically impossible I believe. A T1 only runs at 1.544 Mbs.

that is imposible... 1.54Mbps/s is the max trasfer rate for a t1... must be either multiple t1's, t3, or Cable ...

That's not bad... A little faster than what I've seen so far here, but it's not amazing by any means. 2.13mbps is not 2 megs a second, like you said, bits. So it's more like what... 200.. 250... 270KB/s at the most? Just guessing here. Still very good, download away.
