Holy Crap My Boss Is Suspended.

So, I am on a skiing vacation and I come off the slopes and get a cell call from the Director of HR. He called to inform me that my boss was just suspended pending the investigation of some "some allegations". He wanted to tell me directly, before I heard it through the grapevine (which I am utterly removed from at the moment)

I have no clue what the allegations might be, but for now, I report directly to the President of the company. I hope this isn't bad news for me - or for him either as I really like the guy.

Suspension is NEVER a good thing...

I can't see it being sexual harassment. He's just not that type of guy. I think it is probably related to him giving a crappy review to someone who thinks they are great ad have been with the company long enough to raise a stink about it... I don't have any evidence for that, but it makes sense in my mind...

We had a guy fired last month from where I work because he said to this girl "I'd love to get into those pants!" You just can't say those things in today's age. Hell, even saying hi to a girl might get you fired.

I doubt very much if he would be suspended for that. It's something more serious.
