Well when they say SaintMarysPublicInternet, I guess they mean for the neighbourhood and not just the hospital lobby.
 
real access points easily cover many square miles.

plus it looks like you can see the hospital, so there is very little blocking it.
 
look like you are on a higher ground level with nothing in between.

how do you know the access point is located in the hospital? you can't. so you never know.

Where would it be located? THe casino down the street? In a private home? Buried in the below grade highway? Yeah, it's probably high up on the building...still cool tho', IMO.

Well it's obvious a free connection the hospital is offering it's patients and family waiting inside the hospital. No reason why people in the surrounding area can't use it also.
