Sugar = BAD fix for drowsiness. You'll crash after half an hour when the sugar rush leaves your body and it'll leave you feeling more tired then before you had the rush. Unless you plan on keeping a constant supply of sugar coming, which I REALLY don't recommend either, then get some caffine. Working on my fourth cup of coffee right now and already had 3 of the low carb monster energy drinks. Man, staying up to 4 AM playing Texas Holdem and coming to work at 7am is killer. Especially when you do it two days in a row. Not only that, I only won 7 bucks last night. argh!
Least I'm feeling a lot more peppy now with the caffine flow. Also, try this. Find a bathroom nearby that no one uses and is clean. Take a sh~t nap. Basically act like you are crapping and fall asleep on the toilet for a few minutes. Set your watch alarm just incase. I've done it before and 15 minutes like this can save your day.
