Meh, doesn't look sneaky to me. I've never been fooled by a popup, but then again I use Mozilla now so that wouldn't happen even if I was easily fooled. :p

The best indication that it was fake was the fact that the people that make those ads couldn't spell if their lives depended on it. (Look at the text carefully, and you'll see "visisted").

Doesn't look real to me. That IE icon in the top left is a good indicator that it is not real.

They're called Pop-IN, rather than pop ups. I hate pop-ins; especially the ones with sounds and use Flash cuz you can't click them away and pretty well forced to look at them in their entirety.
