Aside from her questionable tactic of taking possibly fake breaks in order to collect her thoughts on a regular basis, you missed the french open where serena was serving and henin held up her hand to signal that she wasn't ready while serena was serving. Serena saw this and interrupted her serving motion. The judge called the serve out and when serena told the judge that henin had held her hand up, the judge looked at henin who indicated that she did not. The replay showed she clearly did it and it was quite blatant.

Edit: Just so you know I am not biasing this too much, I was rooting for henin regularly up until that point. Since then I have disliked her, and this has been reinforced by her questionable timeouts, which other players, including her countrymate kim clijsters, have also pointed out.
