it actually sounds like it's leno talking saying "this is right outside of our studio..." before it happens.

anyways, this was on digg a while back. Here's my translation (I was able to get a little more after, but i can't re-hear it here at work right now)

that's from the youtube video. another person on digg figured out that it was an olympics volunteer who got hit. in the youtube vid, you can see the car slam into the bike just in front of his knee

addendum: this was in Greece. If you've never been to a mediterranean country... well, they all drive crazy.
 
I think the car got messed up more than the person on the moped, he sure seems pretty mad though, ofcorse it was a women driver, look at the google video version
