Not bad at all.

In our rather small town of Fort dodge, we have DSL from Frontier. Small problem....they dont have enough users to pay/justify the cost of the equipment they have. Need like, 10,000 instead we have 400 on line. Im in a part of town with the oldest phone lines possible....running uncapped like now, we can pull a 3.55Mb/747Mb connection easily. It rulez!!

ctk1981, I have 4 friends that I game with online that are from Ft. Dodge and they have frontier and they say it sucks! They don't get anywhere near the speed you mentioned!

Man, you guys should be using Download Accelerator Pro, and take FULL advantage of those T3 connections! I average 250K/sec at work, but I can pull up to 950K/sec using DAP.

Well, i get pretty good speeds at my school too (Rutgers University), but we have ghey ass bandwith restrictions. We can only upload 240 megs and download 1 gig over a seven day span. If we violate that rule, we loose internet for a fvcking week!!! :disgust:

It's a Friday night - who else would be on the campus net connection? In all seriousness though - that's not a large file at all - download a 200 MB file and see what you get - that 928 looks like a burst that's slowly slowing down.
