Man, I hope nobody here has AMD stock; that's the lowest it's been in 5 months! Intel's crushing AMD again!

I still think that processor market is still very competitive.
AMD might have a tough time right now, but they still have high potential in the future.

It's still going down like a Clinton white house intern, I'll likely buy some once it hits bottom.

Motorola is also on my watch list. I'm just waiting to see if it'll drop even more, then I'll buy some.

Why is anyone surprised? Intel finally came out with a good products in 5 years and people were thinking AMD would continue to take market share? Look what happened to Monarch and Dell computer when they jumped on the AMD bandwagon.

I agree, if you've been holding onto AMD stock this long, then you haven't been paying much attention to the tech industry.

Good strategy. Make sure you sell it when it tops out, too.

LOL!!!!

What's so funny about that? That's a typical strategy. Or do you just not understand stocks?

Another good strategy, buy lottery ticket only when you know the winning number. That's a typical strategy unless you don't understand da lotto.:wine:

I think the fact is that no sh|t buy low sell high, that is common sense, figuring out when it has peaked is the problem, telling someone to sell high is like telling them to pull their pants down before they take a sh|t, its a total insult to their intellegence.

AMD needs to get to work. Intel is crushing them with all the Quad Core sh1t. I was hoping I could wait til AMD released their next architecture to get a new system, but I might have to go with Intel.
