Single CRT monitors per workstation, old PBX phones. A few overhead projectors. Aeron chairs are probably the most expensive items in the room.

When my company remodeled its NOC (better pictures on the second page of this pdf), I couldn't believe how cheaply they were able to do it, and it's far more impressive than the DC Police NOC...
