I did a search for batman and didn't find it...

There was another news story recently about someone dressed as Batman crashing a kid's birthday party, stealing some of their cake, then running off.

There was another news story recently about someone dressed as Batman crashing a kid's birthday party, stealing some of their cake, then running off.

Found it.

Took some time to find a site that didn't require registration or that hadn't removed it already. Other stories went into more detail, this is the first one I found that was still up.

The cake eater only said he was Batman. He wasn't actually dressed as him. Although that would have been much cooler.

In other stories they said he was dressed as Batman, or so I thought. I am positive they said he was dressed as Batman in the initial radio report I heard about the story.
