I'm just now learning to use after effects, and just now as I was putting together some graphics for my university tv station, I ran out of RAM! My system is outfitted with 2GB of the good stuff, and I've never run out before tonight. IS there a way to erase the RAM previews or whatever it is that after effects seems to store in the memory? (was using 1.2GB ram just for AE (6 secong long composition w/ 7 layers) The usage number just kept climbing instead of dropping once the composition was rendered... Swap files are definately not the way to go when editing in this program 😛
Any pointers?
