You can see in the pic that it pulled it at least a truck length.
Pre equipped? I know what exhaust brake is, but always thought it was specific to big rig diesels...the only heavy-duty diesel pickup pre-equipped for an exhaust brake

Yes, I realize that - fact still stands that Dodge has the strongest lineup of trucks, no matter who's making the motor. It's a Cummins, not a Dodge motor.
IHC is still around?Originally posted by: galvanizedyankee
Wow! Always loved Cummins. Way to go Dodge.
It comes with an exhaust brake. I'm far from current but I never cared for them in HD
application.
Give me a gutted up pipe with a good ol' Jake Brake............
NOTE: IHC diesels should stay on the farm, the H is for harvester!

The current HO isn't available in California because of all the tree huggers. Who wants to bet this one won't be either?
...and usually performance in the "twisties" is limited by the 12000LB trailer you're lugging around. At which point the Titan would get owned when it's Dana44 ends up as gravel and has to go down a hill without any engine braking.
This is also the quietest Ram diesel ever and the first High Output Cummins Turbo Diesel that meets 50-state emissions requirements

That wont last too long though, its only a matter of time before your average soccer mom fills it up with 87 octane gas...

Towing capacity doesn't determine the max amount of weight the truck can move, it determines how much it can move at a competent speed. Obviously towing 166,000lbs won't produce and acceptable speed on the streetsThe mining truck weighs 166,000 lbs, the Ram has a towing capacity of 16,000 lbs. Someone explain this to me how the ram can tow a 166,000 lb vehicle.
