women back in the day hardly had any body though. i'd take the women of today with curves and features over the skinny women back in the day with not much shape. they all were pretty in the face though for the most part.

Oh yay, a list of white women with Halle Berry thrown in for tokenism. Where's the brown women at? Certainly the list could include some examples of fine Asian, Indian, Latino, and black women. For example, Aishwarya Rai belongs on any list of this type.

She sure does. But I don't think anyone would mistake her for a Hollywood woman.

She's one of the few current actresses with both beauty and class.

I think that anyone who claims that actress from one period look better or worse than actress from another ain't that much into girls.

Strip away the glamour shots and the makeup and you'll find hollywood is filled with hot women who look good in front of a camera no matter what the time period.
Except maybe stars from 20's. Plenty of out shape fatties qualified for fap material back then. Actually...scratch that. Still tappable.

quoted for truth
I would have sexual intercourse with 99.9% of them.

As for behavior, actresses haven't changed much. Our ability to capture their behavior and spread that info around the world has changed.

What behavior were they engaging in, back then, that's comparable to what's common today?

Our respect for people's privacy has certainly changed. People are allowed and encouraged to be amateur paparazzi - and yet somehow think they should be protected from Google.

You mean drug addiction, promiscuity, stupid comments...general goofiness and stupidity?

Whats changed are the tools and industry we have today to extract every tidbit of info on these people lives and spread it world wide. That and the distribution of power and influence of media industry and just tons of other crap....

People are getting to caught up in the imagery we have of old hollywood and confusing that with reality.

On top of that folks compare actors and actress over 50-80 years of film to a smaller sample of actress of modern day.
"99% of todays actress do not compare to .0097% of yesterdays actress!!! .0097% of yesterdays actresses are so much classier than 99% of todays actresses.....cuz TMZ!!!! TMZ !!!! "

Screw this math...
I'm going to go dig up those old nudes of young betty white.
time to fap

The boobs of the 30s looked like fat curved ice cream cones.

The acting of 30s movies was like reading off a script in a theatrical manner, funneling shit cream through a cone.

I think Arnold in kindergarten cop was more believable then the acting in those older movies.

Jennifer Lawrence is an outstanding actor. I recommend Silver Linings Playbook. Watch it now!

A Microwave once was widely regarded as AMAZING!!!!!

Stars back then did the same things stars do now. An example I guess would be Marilyn Monroe. She had just as much sex as Britney spears, did enough drugs to kill herself, screws a president and is regarded as classy? I'm gonna go ahead and call shenanigans and assume most of this has to do with lack of privacy to the stars of today and nostalgia. its a powerful thing.

Its a tough call. You also have to remember most of the women back then were photographed in black and white which can hide imperfections. Also stars back then weren't stalked and caught looking "normal" as we see stars of today.

I would have to give a slight edge to yesteryear beauties though. There was some really smoking chicks back then, got one as my avatar :). The chicks back then could actually act too, lol.

There were no people of color in any kind of sex symbol roles during the 30s and 40s. There were, but Hollywood bleached them. See Rita Hayworth for an example. Your ire is misplaced in this situation.

You're trolling. If you actually think this you're being silly.

All the same behavior. People haven't changed ever. Only our technology and knowledge has changed. People are still monkeys. Morals, values, ethics, philosophy, that has all changed over and over again, and that is the measuring stick for what you consider bad behavior, but that just stuff we make up to feel good about ourselves.
