Hollywood+ Vs Radeon VE for Divx tv-out

I heard I can still get great tv output on hollywood+ card (even though not processed by it) for DivX movies (MPEG4). And I don't think radeon have hardware acceleration for Mpeg4 either.. so
Which solution (radeon or hollywood+) would give me the best DVD and DivX TV-out quality?

I haven't heard of anyone SUCCESSFULLY getting Divx to play through the Hollywood+. Various people have reported ALMOST getting a watchable picture, but that doesn't sound too useful to me.

Yeah man, I've been your buddy lately. NO card does MPEG4 acceleration, so a Radeon is still a good bet for what you are looking to do.
