I fail to understand why you are not allowed to apply all your "credits" towards a purchase instead they allow you to use only a $1 credit towards each rental. grrrrrrrrrrrr
 
I stopped using them 3 years ago, when they decided to charge me late fees for movies I had never rented or would ever rent, for that matter. After 45 minutes of arguing with the manager, I just left. Never paid them, and never will.
 
if you're only allowed to use $1 per rental that forces you to rent more. when you rent more they get more revenue, the goal of any business.
