Hollywood Plus = stuttered PAL playback?

I was just told by someone in the Home Theater Forum that his PAL playback on the Hollywood + is prety bad, with lots of stutter and dropped frames. This is the first I have heard of it.

Any Hollywood Plus owners out there experience this?

 
for output to tv:
my 1st gen hollywood plus is like normal consumer dvd player cannot play pal, get b&w and jumping.

you know why? because the normal north america tv is ntsc only (unless you import a multi-system tv).

ultimate solution: buy a china brand china made dvd player that can convert pal to ntsc output.

for playing pal on computer screen, mine doesn't have problem.
