Anyone have any luck with the Hollywood plus dvd decoder and win2k or winXP? I want to build a box for DVDs, DivX, mp3s and possibly routing for my apartment. I know it'll work in win9x but I'd rather be using win2k/xp if i'm going to do routing. I guess I could get by on PowerDVD but it would be nice to make use of my decoder card. I have these to use for the box so far:

P3 500 katmai and mobo
Hollywood Plus DVD decoder
ATI all in wonder pro 8m (for TV out)
SB Live! value

i just found this over at 3dspotlight.com:

"Of some note is that if you encounter problems installing the card in Windows 2000 (i.e. during installation of the driver you reboot automatically) you will need to set Plug & Play OS to No in the BIOS before installation will occur correctly. This issue occurred on one of my machines (Using an Asus P3V4X motherboard, although it didn?t occur on my Pentium 233MMX machine) & installation went smoothly after changing that setting until installation was completed. It should be noted that resetting this back to Yes will result in a critical (blue screen) error during boot-up for Windows 2000 after installed. "
