holly crap sriracha sauce in the eye HURTS!

I am makeing some szechuan stir fry. To add some heat i put in some sriracha chili sauce.

while mixing it up a fly buzzed my eye. on reflex i kinda rubed my eye...OUCH! holly crap it burns.

still burning.

sniff the szechuan damn well better be good.

not as bad as habinero in eye. I was cutting up habinero to add into my food, I guess I didn't scrub my fingers as well as i should have. My eyes were on fire when I rubbed them due to an itch (this was an hour after I had already finished eating!).

BTW, that sauce is great. I use it instead of ketchup now :thumbsup:

Long ago, the cap of my bottle of 'rooster sauce' clogged up. I squeezed the bottle with all my puny might and nothing squirted out, so I turned it around and looked straight into the cap. At that moment, the cap decided to unclog . . . OH THE HUMANITY!
