Anyone hear of the theory that the earth is hollow and is inhabited by an advanced civilization? It's interesting that the capital city, "Shamballa,"<FONT face=Verdana> is mentioned in ancient Hindu scriptures as the birthplace of Kalki Avatar. He is the tenth incarnation of Vishnu, the 9th being Buddha, and is supposed to rid the world of evil at the end of this age, approx. 427,000 yrs. This is similar to the second coming of Christ, Judgement Day, etc.</FONT>

A theory is the real explanation of an hypothesis.

I've also heard it argued by the UFO believers that the flying saucers might originate from this advanced civilization inside the hollow earth. As I remember it, there are supposed to be opennings at the north and south poles. More likely that the world is actually flat.
