I didn't even notice the utes when i took the shot (it was bloody cold, windy, and showering on and off, so the missus was not overly impressed with any of these meteorological circumstances ).

Not a clue.

Was probably 4-5'C dry bulb, but the wind was biting, and we're natives of sunny Western Australia

Very nice photo. Okay, it took me a minute to figure out that utes means utility vehicles, so what was with all those little pickups anyway?

Just be tradies working around there i think.

They were doing a whole pile of renovation work around there, and building a new National Portrait Gallery.
