Nothing to do with dud. Just wanted to make sure you saw my reply above. I have the same exact problem with my Accord, and above I explained/linked the probable fit.

Yup, thanks, I'm still trying to decide what to do, doesn't sound like it's been too bad lately (I'm a poor college student and don't really want to spend $ if it's not needed)

Yup, thanks, I'm still trying to decide what to do, doesn't sound like it's been too bad lately (I'm a poor college student and don't really want to spend $ if it's not needed)

If you find it starting to get louder, it will come off... at which point I hope you have towing coverage. Or you can limp home with sparks. I wonder what the chances are of sparking a fire? 😉
