Well, returning to the topic at hand, ending the practice of second-guessing cases like this by having the Justice Department prosecute for "civil rights violations" would be a good start. Having the POTUS stop saying counterproductive things like "if I had a son he'd look like Trayvon Martin" would be good also.

But the voters seem to think that there was a serious miscarriage of justice in the Garner case?

Yeah, I know you don't really care about process but only the result, but that's why we do have a justice system. Try standing on the side of the rule of law for once rather than the side of the mob demanding show trials at kangaroo courts.

You claimed that the democrats should do more to appeal to the voter. Then you said they should do something that doesn't appeal to the voters?

Also, we have a justice system that involves the federal government as well. If you stand for the rule of law, that includes them as well. Do you stand for the rule of law or are you trying to cut out the parts you find inconvenient?

I support all of the rule of law. You should try it.

Yes, that's what I said and I can't help you're making the wrong assumptions about what the voters want.

A Washington Post/ABC News poll shows that the decision by the Ferguson grand jury to not indict Officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of Michael Brown is more popular than President Obama. By a 48-45% margin, those polled agreed with the grand jury decision. Obama's handling of Ferguson is upside down 13 points, 39-52%.

I was actually talking about Eric Garner. Regardless you're using a breitbart link (that site is always good for a laugh) to state that people are ok with the decision because of a poll that has a result within the margin of error?

Baffling.

Yeah, you NYC cops do need to reel in your police, that I agree with.
