ok.. currently i have a dual boot setup on my machine.... two seperate hard drives....
Drive C:45 GB - Windows Millennium
Drive E:30 GB - Win2k
ok i think im ready to get rid of win millennium completely

I've still got data on both hard drives that i need.. ~5 GB to be exact, and i dont feel like burning it all to CD... so what i wanna do is transfer all of the Data I need to Drive E (30GB) and then format drive C.. install win2k on it... at this point i would have win2k installed on both drive C and drive E... is this possible?? if so, then i would proceed to boot up off of drive C into win2k, transfer the data from drive E to drive C, proceed to formatting drive E.... then id have win2k booting off of the C drive, and no other OSes.... anybody know if all this is possible or not?? thanks for the help.. and any other tips or advice would be helpful...

I don't see why not. You'll just be given the option of booting either install of Win2k upon startup. The only problems you *may* run into have to do with master/slave settings on the drives (are they on the same channel?), but I doubt that would be an issue.
