I opened up the Good Night and Good Luck mailer, and sure enough inside is 'Four Brothers'.

Stupid A-Holes.... How hard is it to put the right movie in the right mailer?

Wow, what complete MORONS.

I just got an e-mail back from customer service... The guy basically said that since "I" had sent the dvd back, its too late to do anything. He said next time i need to contact them before "I" send the dvd back to them. Does he not understand the concept that I can't send a dvd back when i've never received it in the first place?
