I was suprised (and happy) to see an ad for the SB61G2 - the new 800MHZ FSB version of the XPC. I went to Shuttles website and searched high and low and its not there. I wonder if there is a problem... Can't be a NDA issue cuz MaximumPC has the ad for it. Anyone hear anything more about it? Got money trying to burn a hole in my pocket...

There are several threads about this over at the sudihan forums right now. They're doing their "very soon, but we're not telling, wink wink" thing. The best information that's available says the end of May for the release.

I am keen on one of these too. Not sure about the specific model as there were a few posted at sudhian forums awhile ago... one of them seemed to be a 865PE sans graphics which seemed nice as it would free up a bit more space at the back at least for more important stuff than an Intel Extreme Crap Graphics VGA port

Anyhoo, magazines take a long time to publish so they often have articles or ads that are out of date or seem current but were based on two month old preliminary info.
