I use to work for Best Buy as a technician... I wish I would have recorded all the conversations I had with customers, they would have kept me laughing till I died... But I must say that the funniest is arguing with a customer on what type of PC they have and they swear up and down that it is a Hewlett Packard Bell and trying to tell them there is no such thing... and when they finally bring it in and you say oh yes I talked to you on the phone lets take a look at that "PACKARD BELL" and see whats up.... oh and I see you have a "HEWLETT PACKARD" printer too.... AHHAHAHAHA Well now I work tech support for AT&T broadband and support the Roadrunner HSD service.... the fun continues! And speaking of tech support, even for those tech savy people this is pretty cool and when you have a locked down NT4 box with nothing else to support someone this comes in handy when you have a brain fart.... That's almost as good as the Best Buy ad that ran here in the local paper. It has all Compaq AMD systems and they put a BIG Intel Inside logo right at the bottom of the ad.
