I'm not looking for overclocking as I don't want a heat issue with all the other components that I have with my TV.
So, looking at 2GB of RAM, I ran into these two different prices:

and
Corsair VS2GBKIT400C3 2GB Kit DDR400 PC3200 Value Select Memory Retail ***Free 2nd Day*** - 2048MB (2x 1GB), DDR, PC3200 2x128Mx64, non-ECC 2x184 DIMM, Unbuffered, CL3, 64Mx8 DRAMs for $160.50
the difference in price is $1.72 (if I bought 2 of the first item) but what is the difference in the sticks?
