I came across $850 that is itching a hole in my pocket and I was interested in building a semi high duty HTPC, I was thinking

i5 6500
(insert decent + cheap mATX board)
16gb RAM
RX 480 or 1070
(insert good enough PSU)
cube case

But I feel as if now I am to wait until prices on the new cards come down, otherwise that good of a little machine is almost within budget with a 1070.

Also never OC'd one of these CPUs, let alone on a mATX board so not sure if thats an option either.
 
So I bought everything but the video card, and am at 459 shipped, if 1070 drops to $391 or less in the next month or so I'll have gotten this for free
