sorry its a scsi filter driver which ports a cdrom device from a disc image from clonce cd, beats safe disc and a bunch of other copyprotection schemes too.
I just meant something that like "fakes out" the cdrom app when it checks what drive it is reading from, that it is reading "d:" when it is all copied onto "C:"
Like Ameesh said, Daemon Tools will do what you want. Just take whatever CD you want to run, rip it into a bin and cue, and then point DT to the cue file, and it'll mount a virtual drive that can be used like the CD.
