Go get a drink somewhere. Most bars will be really chill on a Wed. night.

If you two like beer and wine, try Father's Office in Santa Monica. Great place, cool atmosphere.

Otherwise you could go for a drive along the coast, hit up the Hermosa Beach Pier...
